Is Code the Most Important Language in the World?

Even if I have beat the topic of technical literacy into the dirt and even if it does seem like an unusual topic for Toastmasters, I think the question asked by PBS Off Book and passed on by Explore is an important one. Do you agree with the speaker near the end of the video—”Like it or not, code is a new and very dominant form of human communication“?
