Power Posing

Just announced—a Cuddy Lab project to share information about applications for power posing. We’re most interested in the ways we can use gesture and posture to be more effective speakers, but the announcement lists a whole range of activities in which power posing can be helpful—”PTSD, anti-bullying, test-taking anxiety, chronic pain, sports, live performances, generally restoring a sense of pride and self-worth.” Watch the video; it tells how you can connect with the project at Facebook snd Twitter.
